Les Mitchell

Mr. John Manning Kirby of Epworth, NL, born March 5, 1941, passed peacefully away, surrounded by his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, May 10, 2018.   Mr. Kirby was 77 years old.  

 

He leaves to mourn his loving family:

Daughter: Lilly (Devon)

Grandchildren: Shelby-Lynn, Delaney, Hailey-Jay & William

Brother: Ches (Judy)

Sister: Eva

Brothers-in-law: Edward (Mary), Patrick, Aloysisus (Maureen) & Joseph (Elizabeth)

Sisters-in-law: Emma (Robert), Ursula (Donald), Mary & Elizabeth

Good Friends: Judy & Will

And a large circle of family & friends

His wife of 37 years: Joan

Parents: Earl & Lillian

Brothers: Gerald & Ira

Sister: Mary

Brothers-in-law: Willian, Thomas & Desmond

Sister-in-law: Carmelita

Best friend & Brother-in-law: Ignatious

 

Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at the United Church Cemetery, Epworth on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11 A.M. with a gathering for tea and refreshments at June Lundrigan's.

 

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the John M. Kirby Memorial Fund.
